The jewelry elastic means that its flexible, it will wrap around your glasses however you like, and secure tightly via your selected attachment style so they don't slide around. 

Dangled: Dangled means that the chain will dangle from the frame. It is shorter 

Wrapped: Wrapped chains are about 1.5 x the length and are meant to wrap around your glasses frame like a vine
