Shipping Rates
Australia
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35 AUD
- $10 Flat Rate for orders under $35 AUD
- Express options may appear at checkout
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days after dispatch.
International
Standard international shipping is available worldwide.
Rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Buyers are responsible for customs fees or import taxes.

Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating after dispatch.
Worry-Free Delivery (Optional Shipping Protection)
At checkout, you can add Worry-Free Delivery, a protection service powered by Seel (ParcelPanel’s partner). It covers your package against:
- Loss
- Delay
- Damage
- Theft (Porch Piracy)
It also includes carbon-neutral shipping within the recipient’s country.
Coverage Details
Loss
- Domestic: undelivered after 30 days
- International: undelivered after 60 days
- Compensation: full purchase value
- Claim window: opens at 30/60 days, closes 90 days after order date
Delay
- Domestic: undelivered after 10 days
- International: undelivered after 30 days
- Compensation: $5 USD (or equivalent)
- Claim window: opens at 10/30 days, closes 90 days after order date
Damage
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Covers unusable items (fractured, crushed, shattered, bent)
- Compensation: full purchase value
Theft (Porch Piracy)
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Compensation: full purchase value
How to File a Claim
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery:
1. Open the claim link in your confirmation email or on your ParcelPanel tracking page
2. Submit your claim
3. If approved, your refund is issued directly to the payment method you provide

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once it is received back to us, however an additional postage cost will apply
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel seems delayed or the tracking isn’t updating:
1. Check your tracking link
2. Contact your local postal provider
3. Email theframegameau@gmail.com
If you added Worry-Free Delivery, you can lodge a claim for compensation or replacement.
Uncollected parcels:
If you don’t collect your parcel within the courier’s specified timeframe, it will usually be returned to us. This situation is not covered by Worry-Free Delivery, so a returned parcel will require either an additional shipping fee to resend, or a refund minus the original shipping costs.
