- We offer a 30 day change of mind return policy from the date goods have received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. If this condition is not met, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply. Refunds when PayPal is used as the payment method will result in a 3% deduction due to PayPal's refund policy.

How to lodge a warranty claim
If you have any issues, please contact theframegameau@gmail.com with your order number and any additional picture/s to help us understand your issue. Please describe your problem as detailed as possible, such as what section/part of the chain is broken/missing.
Uncollected parcels: If you do not collect your parcel within the courier’s specified timeframe, it will usually be returned to us. This situation is not covered by Worry-Free Delivery, so a returned parcel will require either an additional shipping fee to resend, or a refund minus the original shipping costs.
