I know its a little weird and different to how other businesses work, but I tend to print labels i'm currently working on as a sort of task list - so if your label is printed but hasn't shown any shipping movement. Its highly likely i'm still packing them, or I hadn't realised I needed materials when I printed your label and i'm waiting to ship them until i get them.
